Coffee may have perks for longer living

I enjoy reading these type of studies because it supports my daily habit of drinking a rich cup of coffee (without the guilt). The studies about coffee through the years have had mixed results. We know it is rich in antioxidants, yet it is not for everyone due to its side effects of anxiety, irritability and insomnia.

I don’t advise starting to drink coffee if you avoid it. Just like I wouldn’t recommend drinking red wine for those whom cannot tolerate it or don’t like the taste just because of its health benefits.
But for those of you that enjoy a cup or two…. you can drink up knowing that it may cut your risk of heart disease.
