Mindful eating is becoming more and more popular. It is much harder than it seems. It’s all about slowing down and smelling the food, feeling the textures, and really tasting the flavors of every bite we eat.

Be present, and focus with gratitude what is in front of us.
No talking, no TV, no computer or texting….
