Aging is a fact of life. It is the quality of each year that passes that we want to preserve.
As we approach our mid-60’s, it may be worth looking for a geriatric physician or nurse practitioner as your primary care provider.
This is a good article on why these specialists (which are already in short supply) are different, and why we need more of them.
Just as children shouldn’t be treated by doctors as small adults, elderly patients shouldn’t be treated as old adults.
