Gratitude. This is the time to look at what you have in your life and appreciate each day. Sure it’s easy to focus on the negative, but what does that get you? How does that serve you? The more you focus on your problems, the less likely you are to see the opportunities that pass you by.
Name at least 5 things you are grateful for in your life. The home you live in, food on the table, family, friends, your health, your job, your dog, sunshine, and the fact that you can take a breath.
Yes, things are difficult right now, but as many ancient healers will tell you, “This too shall pass.” Live each day as if it were your last, and breath in the beauty that surrounds us. Give your life purpose and meaning, and stay connected.
