Learn more about how to prevent breast cancer. I helped co-author the book “Better Breast Health for Life” along with Carrie Daenell, ND., Carol Dalton NP., John Day, MD., Lisa High, RD., Kelly McAleese and Tirza Derflinger who is the driving force behind this educational tool for women.

This book includes an Audio workshop CD, complete with worksheets. This helps you to identify and prioritize the risk factors present in your life. Once you have identified your highest risks, then you can learn how to mitigate those risks by referring to the chapters in the book.

Come see us at the Tattered Book Store in Cherry Creek, Colorado on January 31st at 7:30 for a panel discussion and book signing.
