Try pomegranate fruit to keep joints healthy

A study published in the Journal of Nutrition this month showed some remarkable effects of pomegranate fruit extract to help reduce the breakdown of our tired over-worked joints.

When enough of the joint cartilage gets broken down, it leads to osteoarthritis, which is painful and can cause swelling and stiffness of the joints. More studies are underway to look into the antiinflammatory and antioxidant benefits of this native persian fruit.
