A new study reveals the benefits of yoga and its significant impact on helping people with irregular heartbeats, such as atrial fibrillation. In this study, daily yoga also helped reduce depression, anxiety, and improve quality of life.

Approximately 16.5 million people practice yoga daily in the United States. Americans spend close to 3 billion dollars a year on yoga classes and equipment. People are finding the health benefits are worth it. Research has already determined that it benefits those with high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, high cholesterol, inflammation and stress.

And who isn’t stressed these days?? It may sound boring and a waste of your time, but it allows us to stop, and to focus only on where we are and what we’re doing.
