Young girls should get cancer vaccine, panel says.

The new cancer vaccine is being recommended to girls as young as age 11.
This vaccine is very effective in preventing HPV which is the virus that causes cervical cancer.

I believe the age in which girls receive the virus should be up to the parents. This may be a difficult decision since most parents do not want to believe their daughters will be sexually active!
