This is a wonderful short article about empathy… which really is everything!

How we connect with others especially under stress can help us cope and see things differently, giving us a different perspective.  What this article did not discuss was the type of stress tested. Men may become more self-centered if stress is piled up at work but may talk to their wives or partners and be more pro-social if the stress is family related.

Either way, how we relate to stress gives us an opportunity to grow and learn from what works and what doesn’t.
