There are more studies about the health concerns with too much sitting. Really…can it be so bad?! 

This article not only explains the scary truth about being sedentary, for instance, 5 or more hours of sitting is the equivalent of smoking over a pack of cigarettes?!  What!?

And even if you’re a marathon runner and train every day, you are not immune to the risks of heart disease if you still sit and rest for 5 hours in the day.
